this is my beautiful talented cousin Chloe’ who is working on releasing her first CD how exciting is that?!?! So she needed some photos for the cover and Aunt Marcia asked if I would take them for her

Sabrina wanted me to take some pictures of her for her boyfriend for Valentine’s day!! I wanted to wait until the sun was just perfect to take them because i was dreaming of yummy light in a field, but for some reason their neighbor cut his field and Sabrina had plans for later so we just went with it 2:30 is not the ideal time for photos but I love the way they turned out. I’m not sure when Sabrina went from looking 14 to 24 but it happened…

See she is a happy 14 year old!

Then boom she is 24, it’s the strangest thing…

This is Whit’s couch that I’m so envious of….

We had great fun tromping through the yard and i got to use my camera bag!!!

it finally snowed this weekend, and while i was so excited for it all i did was run out and take some pictures of cecily playing in it! haha oh well maybe next time i will go sledding a few times! for me it was more fun to just laze around and make chili and apple pies! I spy an Eskimo

Christmas was a week ago and i’m just now getting around to posting about it We had a fantastic Christmas, it was kind of sad and exciting since it was my last one at home, since i’m getting married in 4 months!!!!

it’s that time of year again, for all things pumpkin & scary!

aunt marcia had a pumpkin carving party to celebrate

mom made these yummy owls and spider webs!

we had pumpkin bars.

we enjoyed the fire!

and then it was time for pumpkin carving

cecily grew her own pumpkin!

to the apple orchard!

what fun we had at the apple orchard! but the fun isn’t over yet!

we were soon off to the carl sandburg house… mom’s favorite place to go in the mountains…. i quickly found out why… care to join me??
